The challenge
What needed solving
Small business owners often find loans intimidating — long forms, unclear costs and paperwork that takes days. Many use their phone for everything, so the experience had to be mobile-first, trustworthy and easy for first-time borrowers.
Our solution
How we approached it
We designed a warm, human app with a clear home screen showing the active loan, next payment and due date. Loan products are explained in plain language, the application is a three-step flow with an instant monthly payment estimate, and paying takes a few taps with bank transfer, e-wallet or virtual account.
